Car Boot Soul Feb 2026 Auction: Classic Rock
This month we are auctioning off nearly 400 records and CDs from our Classic Rock collection. This is all our remaining Classic Rock stock and includes stock copies but also some very rare first editions. The condition of almost all these items is great. We are doing this to focus exclusively on Funk, Soul, Jazz, Reggae & Hip-hop (for now!).

COMPLETE ORIGINAL UK LP SET 'PXS 1'. A very well presented original UK 'PXS 1' copy of Let It Be. The record (PCS 7096 3U/2U matrix endings) is in Ex condition showing only a couple of very light and minor surface hairline marks. The sleeve (original red apple) is in extremely sharp Ex+ condition showing a little laminate creasing. Complete with the original promotional insert (see photos) These Fine Albums poster in clean order. The original holding tray is in neat VG+ condition with strong integrity. The outer tray is intact with two inner edges taped (2cm) underneath.

"An E.M.I. recording" "This is a new phase BEATLES album... essential to the content of the film, LET IT BE was that they performed live for many of the tracks; in comes the warmth and the freshness of a live performance; as reproduced for disc by Phil Spector" "Thanks to George Martin/Glyn Johns/Billy Preston/Mal Davies/Peter Brown/Richard Hewson/Brian Rogers". Includes a 164 page book, "The Beatles Get Back". Deleted December 1970 and replaced with normal LP format without the book. The official catalog# of this box set is PXS 1, however the LP sleeve and the record itself carried the standard catalog# PCS 7096. Original box set LP sleeve had a Red Apple Logo on the reverse, replaced with the standard Green Apple for the later non box set.
