THE BEATLES - 'LET IT BE'
Here is a UK 1970 'PXS1' box set comprising all 100% original components as released in May 1970:
- Laminated slipcase
- Inner and outer trays
- 'Let It Be' LP (PCS 7096)
- 164-page soft cover 'Get Back' book
LP matrix numbers: YEX 773-2U & YEX 774-2U
Stamper codes: 1,6/AR & 6/MT
'KT' purchase tax code on the side 2 label.
Vinyl weight: 152g
Housed in a fully laminated UK printed cover with red Apple logo on the rear panel.
CONDITION
Slipcase: EXCELLENT
Clean, glossy & in-shape with light storage rubbing to the outer panels and two small wrinkles along the lower edge. The outer edges are sharp with no tears and both upper & lower edges are undamaged.
Inner tray: EXCELLENT -
All pieces are still attached with small stress tears to three corners but otherwise in fine shape for such a delicate component.
Inner tray: EXCELLENT
Again, fully intact with light to moderate handling wear to the edges but no creasing or other such damage.
LP disc: EXCELLENT +
Well looked after and clearly little played with no surface marks or wear. Audibly superb with no faults or distractions anywhere.
LP Cover: EXCELLENT -
Clean & glossy with some minor wear to the corners & a 3cm lower seam stress.
Book: EXCELLENT -
All pages are present & undamaged but a few are loose. The soft cover is clean & glossy bearing just a single 'thumbnail' wrinkle to the front and rear panels. The spine is uncracked and undamaged.
