 This UK 1st pressing 45 dates from initial March 1970 release on Apple Records: R 5833

The side 2 label bears a genuine 'Factory Sample - Not for Sale' sticker.

Both label omit the 'NCB' publishing credit.


Matrix number: 7YCE 21407-1U & 7YCE 21407-1U

'APPLES 1002 A-1' is crossed out in the side 2 run-out.

Stamper codes: 3/GLL & 9/GHD


Housed in the rarer/earlier semi-gloss finish picture cover. Later/more common covers were matt.


CONDITION

Disc: EXCELLENT +

Pristine playing surfaces ans just a couple of light spindle trails around the side 2 cente hole only. There is a small pin-head sized spot on each side from manufacture which does not affect sound or play.

Cover: EXCELLENT

Fully intact with light storagewear only.
