💿 DESCRIPTION

Original U.S. Columbia contract pressing of Introducing… The Beatles, released by Vee-Jay Records during the first wave of American Beatlemania in early 1964. Columbia manufactured part of the Vee-Jay LP production run under contract, using original Vee-Jay metal parts with hand-etched matrix numbers (63-prefix).

The front cover features the early slick with the well-known “ENGANDS No.1 Vocal Group” spelling error — a key indicator of genuine early jackets. The LP remains preserved in original Sears retail shrink with vintage Sears price labels intact.

Labels are the desirable brackets VJ logo variety, used on the earliest Version 2 pressings. Print sharpness, font alignment, and layout match authentic Vee-Jay typography — this is a real, original 1964 pressing, not a counterfeit.

A highly collectible early U.S. Beatles LP, correctly identified and fully authentic.
