This has not been recently cleaned.
Tested and plays through real nice for an album in this condition.
After more research, which takes a lot of time and effort as to what is fake and what is authentic I have discovered this is an original second version. Notice the comma in the title of Please,Please Me. Next is identifying the label to be authentic and after researching information presented by Frank Daniels and Introducing The Beatles Discography & Price Guide by Perry Cox, Robert York, Mitch McGeary and Bruce Spizer I am confident this is not a fake.
Grading:
- LP - VG+ - Multiple surface scratching and scuffing
- Sleeve - VG+ - Generic split
- Label - VG - Heavy spindle wear and some scuffing
- Cover - EX+- Some edge and corner wear, top left edge starting to show split
