Description
Up for auction is the hard to find 'The Beatles Hottest Hits LP' released in Denmark in 1965. It was apparently pulled from the market shortly after release and only 3,000 were pressed. The original came with an Emitex sleeve, the copy I have does not have said sleeve. The laminated front cover is in pretty good shape. The 3 flipbacks on the back cover have been taped down. There is a name, 2 dates and 2 cities written in ball point on the back of the cover. I've included several pictures so please email me if you have any questions at all.
Now for the record itself. When held under a bright light there are definitely a fair amount of scratches and scuffs visible to the naked eye. This is one of the cases where the record sounds better than it looks. I just listened to both sides and there is only minimal surface noise throughout. There are only a couple of spots where I detected loud pops, there were about 6 or 7 in a row on 'Matchbox' and 2 on 'She's a Woman'. I was quite surprised at the sound to be completely honest. I've heard this is hard to find at all, let alone in playable condition. I will ship via USPS Media Mail or Priority Mail with insurance, just tell me which you prefer. Thanks for looking!
