Description

I bought this record on a visit to Copenhagen while stationed in Germany with the U. S. Air Force.  I shipped it home, played it carefully and it has been in climate controlled storage since 1975.

The vinyl labels are in excellent shape with a few small imperfections around the spindle hole. 

The vinyl surfaces are clean and glossy.  Under normal light there are superficial marks which have no noticeable affect on the playing sound of the record.  Under direct sunlight there are wispy strands.  I played the record on a Dual 1237 turntable with BOSE speakers and the sound quality is very good with no clicks or skips and only some surface noise between tracks.

I have included pictures for the buyer's careful evaluation of the jacket including closeups of the concerns mentioned below.. There are some wrinkles in the transparent cover layer along the bottom, left side and right center of the jacket front.  There is also some feathering along the opening for the record. In the white area near the top of the jacket there are some writing impressions which can only be seen under direct sunlight. There is some corner wear at the lower left and right corners, otherwise very little edge wear.  The transparent tape on the rear of the jacket runs up and down and across and there is some wrinkling where the transparent cover wraps around to the back of the jacket.  Also a small part of the back is missing where the transparent tape meets the left center of the back of the jacket.
