Description
The Beatles Hey Jude export copy ON APPLE LABEL CPCS 106 MAITRIX YEEX 150 – 1 / YEEX 151 – 1 and housed in die-cut black inner sleeve with a rare laminated flip back outer sleeve.
Vinyl = very good/excellent - good, clean copy that retains its original sheen. Has surface marks but no deep scratches. Playback is clean and free of any jumps, loud crackles or pops. Some background noise/crackles but all pretty typical for a well cared for record of this era. Matrix numbers: Side 1 - YEEX 150 - 1 (no stampers). Side 2 = YEEX 872 – no stampers. The vinyl is a first pressing on heavyweight vinyl and still sounds great.
The labels near mint – no writing or names anywhere and minimal spindle marks – see photos. The APPLE label states Made in New Zealand by His Masters Voice. Centre of label states an EMI recordingHoused in original, die-cut black inner sleeve that has splits due to heavy vinyl on 3 sides. The splits cannot be seen as they occur along the fold lines and only visible when removing the vinyl. I will supply vinyl in white paper sleeve to avoid any more damage
Outer Sleeve = very good/excellent. Laminated on front only - rear unlaminated. Rubbing to all 4 corners but nothing serious. The spine is in very good contact - text and cat no. clearly visible with small laminate wear in middle of spine otherwise intact. Sleeve is clean with NO writing or names etc just minor laminate creases on front. Rear of sleeve has 3 laminated flip back sides - never seen a copy of Hey Jude in a flapjack sleeve - see photos - rest of sleeve also in good condition no writing just record wear to parts of unlaminated areas.
