Comes with an Apple backing card that is in excellent condition, just a touch of ringwear and the odd minor crease
Sleeve (please see pictures)
Original PVC sleeve has some ringwear and creasing and has splits on all 3 sides.
Record (important - see note below)
A lovely shine - hardly any spindle wear - it's very hard to notice any flaws visually on a picture disc though I did notice the odd very light mark on the vinyl, nothing worrying - being a picture disc I have never played it but please bear in mind that these older picture discs don't have the sound reproduction of those nowadays.

All records are from my own personal collection that I'm now selling after over 40 years of collecting.
A few years ago I had the time to sit and play most of my records and made notes on the condition of each. This is the information I have given above. I can't imagine that this will have changed as all the records have been stored upright in protective sleeves in a closed record storage box though a light clean may be in order to remove dust. If I've given just a visual condition only it is done with the naked eye - I'm no professional so have no special lighting etc. Unless I rave about a picture sleeve I'd assume it may have some very minor shelfwear on the edges or corners - anything major I will obviously include in the description.
