THE BEATLES - 'HELP!'


This pristine UK stereo pressing was originally purchased in 1967 and is on the black & yellow Parlophone label: PCS 3071

Both labels include the 'Sold in UK...' text & 'The Gramophone Co. Ltd...' worded rims.

There is no purchase tax code is present in the centre of either label.


1st/earliest matrices: YEX 168-1 & YEX 169-1

Stamper codes: 3/OT & 3/PA

Vinyl weight: 148g


House in a front laminated 'Garrod & Lofthouse' printed tri-flipback cover with an outline front stereo indicator.

Complete with original red & white printed inner-sleeve advertising contemporary EMI LPs.

A pristine pair bearing just a single faint spindle trail around the side 2 centre hole only.

Visual: MINT -

Factory-fresh, deep-gloss playing surfaces which are 'as new' in strong daylight, revealing just a few faint wispy paper marks beneath halogen light. 

Audio: MINT

Flawless sound quality throughout from this 1-play copy. You won't find a better sounding example.

Cover: EXCELLENT +

This 1st-class example has been stored in a non-smoking environment and remains clean & white throughout with no yellowing or discolouration. The high-gloss front panel is clean and white  without any 'thumbnail' wrinkles. There is slight bruising to the left corners but no wear to the others. Both opening edges are in nice shape too. The exposed rear panel is flawless with clean, undamaged flipbacks, smooth seams and a perfectly worded spine.

Inner-sleeve: MINT -

Clean & uncreased with no writing, tears or seam splits.
