THE BEATLES - 'HELP!'
This great sounding UK 1st pressing of the soundtrack album to their second film dates from initial August 1965 release.
On the black & yellow Parlophone label: PCS 3075
This true 1st pressing has the asterisk after the 'I Need You' title on the side 1 label. On later pressings it was positioned before.
Both labels include the 'Sold in UK...' text and have 'The Gramophone Co. Ltd....' worded rims.
A 'KT' purchase tax code is present in the centre of the side 2 label.

Stamper codes: 3/AR & 3/AD
Vinyl weight: 155g
Housed in a front laminated, tri-flipback 'Garrod & Lofthouse' printed stereo cover.
Complete with original 'Use Emitex...' rice-paper lined inner-sleeve.
CONDITION
DiscVisual: EXCELLENT Audio: EXCELLENT +
Clean, glossy & unworn playing surfaces bearing just one or two very light surface marks in strong daylight but nothing we would call a scratch. Closer inspection beneath halogen light reveals some harmless wispy paper marks and a sparkling rainbow shine. With just a handful of light, well aimed spindle trails around each centre hole it is clear that this copy has received just a few careful plays on good equipment. The sound quality throughout is clean, warm & clear with no groove/playwear or any clicks, ticks or any other audible distractions.
Cover: EXCELLENT
A very respectable example of this easily blemished cover. The front panel is clean & white with no 'thumbnail' wrinkles or any other creasing. There is some wear to the upper left corner but no other such wear elsewhere. The exposed rear panel is clean & white overall with some faint handling marks the only signs of use. All flipbacks are fully intact and both seams and the fully worded spine are smooth, unstressed and unsplit.
