Cover is in really excellent VG++ shape..except the fact that somebody's kid took a black Crayola crayons to the back cover (see pic)

Vinyl is very shiny and spindle hole appears as if never played
Some would rate the vinyl as M-

Side One is probably M - but I will rate at VG +++
Side Two has a minor scuff on song 2 and song three ( No Spindle Marks) VG ++
