Description
The Beatles ~ Songs From The Film "Help!" LP ~ Parlophone 1965 ~ PMC 1255 ~ (XEX.549) (XEX.550).
A BBC Gramophone Library copy issued to BBC Radio One in plain card sleeve with hand-written information and paper inner sleeve. Sleeve bears a printed label with the name - Bernie Andrews.
Bernard Oliver "Bernie" Andrews (17 August 1933 – 11 June 2010) was a British BBC radio producer, who was instrumental in the careers of many emerging rock and pop bands from the 1960s onwards, and responsible for producing such programmes as Saturday Club and John Peel's shows
CONDITION ~ Untested ~ The record has some light marks and scratches but is not warped and there are no deep scratches or obvious damage. There are some yellow crayon marks near centre, I would guess for the DJ's use. The card sleeve has some marks and wear. Please take a good look at the photographs, these form an important part of the description.
