Description

Apple Records SW-385 Hey Jude The Beatles.   Apple Records factory sealed first press (no tint Paul) LP.   On the first batch of covers printed for the cover art Paul McCartney's suit did not show up well next to George's light jeans.  Paul's pants were too dark making it appear that he had no legs, Paul complained to Capitol who had the art department add some blue tint to the front cover image.  On first pressings of this LP such as this example Paul's suit appears almost black.  The Capitol records art department continued to lighten Sir Paul's pants on the next batches of cover photos until Paul's suit appeared an electric blue.  This first press Apple LP is in excellent condition fully sealed with two factory breathe holes on front, light shrink wrap wear only, no seam or edge wear, SEARS store price code sticker, no seam splits, nice! Don't miss this excellent sealed nearly 50 years old Beatles Apple LP!
 This first press factory sealed Apple Records Beatles Hey Jude LP will make a great addition to any Beatles collection.
