This is the 1st pressing of Help! from August of 1965 in the rarer Stereo format. Indicated as the very first label type for Help! by font for the song titles on the label being block capital Sans Serif with the asterisk * sign to right of 'I Need You'.

Sleeve:  In Good condition. It is intact at all edges and fully laminated over on to the flipbacks which are all intact and present but only minor wear along the opening seam and edges, and a small split of around one inch on the top edge seam. There are several creases but quite light. The front photo has retained its colour well, and all print and photographs on the reverse are not faded. A few light marks and the reverse has some off white aging.
The sleeve lies flat and the front pictorial retains a glossy appearance.The sleeve is firm with no rips or repairs, and holds the LP well. The spine is completely intact and the title text present and readable. 
There are no stickers or sticker residue or handwriting, or handwriting imprints.
All flipbacks have complete original text.

Inner Sleeve: This is the correct and original die-cut EMI Emitex advertising inner sleeve with a thin outer paper and tracing paper-lined inner. In Very Good condition, completely intact at all seams inside and out, and holds record well.
The Vinyl Disc:  Very Good to Very Good Plus
The vinyl surfaces still have a jet black glossy sheen on both sides and are completely smooth.
There is no groove wear and both sides retain a deep black pressing sheen.
There are just a few non-feelable light stylus hairlines/ sleeve removal traces and a couple of light circular ring marks. There is nothing which is causing any audio problems, and hard to see unless under close bright light. There are no feelable marks or scratches. 
The record has received a moderate number of plays and is in a very near to excellent condition for its age.
The disc is free from warps and lays completely flat on the turntable.
Pressed on heavy mid- sixties vinyl, this record is fairly heavy at 158 grams.
The labels are Very Good having retained the dark black background and yellow Parlophone and symbol are striking.. The spindle location point perimeter is quite neat with a small amount of feint spindle line traces.
All label text is clear and readable.
No sticker or sticker residue or writing.
The Parlophone Co. Ltd text around rim, and the KT tax code embossed.

The Audio: 
The record plays with full original stereo chanelling throughout, no feedback or hiss, and has a crisp and clear definition. The audio grades as Excellent.
The occasional soft static type tick can be heard in a few of the quieter interludes on either side, and track changes near the start but, and overall very little lessening from the original audio quality, and nothing that would warrant any grading lower than Excellent. Most track changes and interludes have no noticeable static at all. There are no background noises that overcome the audio or could be considered an interruption.  No skips, jumps, pops, or clicks. 

The robust early sixties vinyl presses usually ensures that the audio quality tends to be even better than the appearance of a played surface, and this is no exception.

This is the original 1st press LP in first print sleeve with Stereo in the top right printed in an outline type style.

The LP will be delivered in a quality double-part cardboard LP mailer with stifferners. The record placed separately in a plain generic inner to prevent wear to the original.
Also comes housed in a PVC record protector. Item will be marked as fragile and sent recorded delivery.
