Description:
This is a super rare item in this condition. There is conjecture as to whether it was given away free to members in 1970 or whether it had to be purchased from the fan club by mail-order. I believe it was a purchase-only item and have seen evidence to that fact in terms of a fan club order form.
I added this item to the collector's website 'your-collection'. It's a Dotcom site where you can zoom in to the images below and see them at a much higher resolution. The site hosts my collection and gives me searchable unique lists of my choosing so I can see exactly what I own and what I need. I know what's in my collection and the value of all my items and my lists at any time - with a growth factor of my choosing. Condition Description:
Sleeve is in superb excellent condition. The disc is in near mint condition.

Shipping policy
I'll ship to anywhere in which the item can be tracked door-to-door and fully insured. I won't ship to Italy because there are so many horror stories of items going missing in transit and there being no tracking. Lots of people have ended up losing out by having to refund for items.
I try to get items packed and shipped within three days of payment coming through and normally easily achieve that but I do work away quite a lot and of course it's not always possible if I'm not home until the weekend.
