Date Of Issue
Given the matrix number, I believe that this is a reissue or an unofficial issue.
Condition – Cover
Near Mint. Super clean with virtually no signs of wear.
Condition – Record
Near Mint. Perhaps a couple of handling marks, but no signs of play at all. No spindle marks.
