1995 45rpm 7" Apple Records Single This is the US release with the original Apple Picture Sleeve and Original Green Apple Label   Vinyl sounds great, picture sleeve looks amazing.   The record grades Mint.  It has been played.  No scratches or Pops.  The Vinyl single Labels are Mint.  No marks, no scratches, no writing. The picture sleeve is Near Mint. No seem splits, no writing, a few small creases/wrinkles. Very little visual ware at all.
Included: -- Cardboard sleeve insert to keep picture sleeve intact and wrinkle free -- Plastic sleeve covering to protect both picture sleeve and Vinyl 7" single. -- Vinyl 7" single kept in separate plain paper sleeve.
The single was released in December 1995 by English rock band the Beatles.  The song was originally written and recorded in 1977 as a home demo by John Lennon. In 1995, 25 years after their break-up and 15 years after Lennon's murder, bandmates Paul McCartney, George Harrison and Ringo Starr  released a studio version incorporating the demo.
The single was released as part of the promotion for  The Beatles Anthology video documentary and the Anthology 1 compilation album.
The song "Free As A Bird" peaked at #6 on the US Billboard Hot 100.   It won the 1997 Grammy Award for:  Best Pop Performance by a Duo or Group with Vocal  and was the Beatles' 34th top-ten single in the United States, giving the group at least one Top 40 hit in four different decades.
Christmas Time (Is Here Again)" is a Christmas song originally recorded  for their fifth fan club Christmas record, Christmas Time Is Here Again! (1967).  One of the few Beatles songs credited to all four members of the band,  it consists of a blues based backing track  as well as double-tracked vocals sung by them, George Martin and Victor Spinetti.  The lyrics are mostly made up of the song's title refrain, repeated across nine verses.
The song remained officially unavailable for decades.  A planned release in 1984 faltered  after the abandonment of the Beatles' then-upcoming album Sessions.  The B-side is the released shortened version of the song.
