Here we have a rare original copy of The Beatles & Frank Ifield's Jolly What! album from 1964. This album was made by Vee-Jay as one of their several last ditch efforts to increase their sales before they went out of business. It features a few Beatle tracks and has some of Ifield's bigger hits. This particular copy is the 1st mono issue pressed on the black 'oval' 'color band' Vee-Jay labels. The record is in strong VG+ condition with some light surface scratches and scuffs here and there. The record plays beautifully with some slight pops and crackles here and there. The cover is in VG condition with some light ring wear, edge wear, and some staining on the back. There seems to be old tape along the edges. There is also some writing on the back. An original Vee-Jay inner sleeve is included with the album, but is split down the seams. I also have the ultra rare genuine stereo pressing of this album available!
