Up for auction is the original Vee-Jay Records jukebox pack of 45 RPM 7” record containing two Beatles singles, “1st Do You Want to Know a Secret?” and “Thank You Girl”, released on March 23rd, 1964. This Vee-Jay record marked George Harrison’s 1st lead vocal on a Beatles single officially released in the US or the UK. The original Vee-Jay Records kraft paper mailing envelope is in great vintage condition and doesn't have any splits, just some very light creasing along the edges. The original picture sleeve artwork insert is also in great vintage condition with only some very light small scuffs along the top edge and age discoloration on the back. The original misprint jukebox title strip with the fully intact perforation is in Near Mint condition, just like the original kraft paper record sleeve. The vinyl is graded as strong Very Good Plus visually with its audio being Excellent / Near Mint Minus. It retains its beautiful factory gloss only having a couple of very light non-feelable surface marks as well as some super light scuffs from the original sleeve which can be seen under a strong light. The labels are graded as Excellent Minus. They're very clean and don't have any spindle marks or wear, just some very light shelf wear along the rim in a couple of places. The vinyl sounds amazing having a warm Mono sound.
