"Casualties", gathers together fifteen unique mixes of well-known songs from the Beatles.

PLEASE PLEASE ME - This is the true mono mix of the song, which does not feature John's mistake of the verse. That version appears in stereo and was issued in a fold-down mono mix of that same track. It makes its American album debut here.

I WANT TO HOLD YOUR HAND - Before "Casualties", all American stereo mixes of this song were actually duophonic mixes, reprocessed from the mono mix. This album features the true international stereo mix for the first time.

MONEY - Another stereo mix into a fold-down mono mix, which was exclusive to the American release "The Beatles' Second Album". This is the true mono mix, which was released in other countries throughout the world.

A HARD DAY'S NIGHT - Another song that makes its American debut here in a true stereo mix. All previous stereo versions of this song issued in America were duophonic mixes.

I'LL CRY INSTEAD - This song was featured in America as the opening track on the "Something New" album. In stereo, it runs just under two minutes. In mono, it is over two minutes. The long version also appeared in the United Artists soundtrack album of "A Hard Day's Night", but in a duophonic mix. The true stereo mix of the longer variation finally appears here.

TICKET TO RIDE - Another true stereo mix which makes its American debut on this album. This track from the "Help!" album previously appeared in a duophonic mix on the American stereo album.

YES IT IS - The flipside of the "Ticket To Ride" single, this marks the very first time that the true mono single mix appears on an American album. It previously appeared in a duophonic mix in the album "Beatles VI".

DAY TRIPPER - This is alternate stereo mix that was previously released only in the United Kingdom.

I'M ONLY SLEEPING - An alternate mono mix, that was first released as part of an extended play release in France.

STRAWBERRY FIELDS FOREVER - Another alternate stereo mix, previously unavailable in the United States.

I AM THE WALRUS - An exclusive mix of the song, which features only the group prior to the additions of the overdubs and embellishments.

ONLY A NORTHERN SONG - This song appeared on the "Yellow Submarine" soundtrack album in 1969, albeit in a fake stereo mix. It appears here in its true mono mix for the very first time.

REVOLUTION - This powerful mono mix of this classic rocker first appeared as the flipside to the "Hey Jude" single in 1968.

HER MAJESTY - The final, uncredited song from the 1969 album "Abbey Road". That version was released only in stereo. It was initially part of the side two medley and was to be sequenced in between the songs "Mean Mr. Mustard" and "Polythene Pam", which explains the crashing chord at the start of the song, and the abrupt ending. This alternate mono mix features the complete ending chord intact.

LET IT BE - This song was released in a stereo mix as a single from 1970. However,an alternate mono mix was issued as a single in Japan.
