Description
This Second state Stereo Beatles " Butcher " Cover Album is in Very Good ++ to NM-- condition with light toning, age and light wear, and free of spine or covers splits. The cover has light wear below Paul's hands.
Matrix numbers are Side 1 ST-1- 2553 - A - 17
Side 2 ST-2- 2553 - A - 17
The vinyl is in very good ++
condition and plays through nicely with Great sound. The record has been played, and has light spindle wear. There are a few light markings which are not audible. Ringo's Turtle neck is faintly visible to right of the trunk. The front cover, the paste over is just a little offline, showing remnants of the original cover on the lower left edge. The original cover is also slightly visible on the top left edge. The spine is crisp and plainly readable. There is a slight bend of the upper left corner. The back cover has some light toning mainly along the opening edge. * Also on the back cover there is a factory crease next to the RIAA stamp on the lower right corner. The original inner sleeve is included and is in above average condition.
The album is designated with the RIAA 5. This a Stereo L.A. pressing of this album. It is estimated that the first 200,000 copies of this album are butchers. Of those 200,000 it is believed that only 1/10th are stereo copies which makes this rare record even more so. * Please examine closely.*
