Description
I bought this bootleg album in February 1970 before "Let It Be" came out. I was in my regular record store at the time and the guy asked me if I wanted to buy the "New Beatles Album." Well, since the new Beatles album was supposed to come out in May of that year I said "sure". (Who wouldn't? at the time a new Beatle album was debuted at parties.) Never having bought a bootleg before when I put the needle on it I was very disappointed . I think I may have played it 2x because it sounds lo-fi. Then when the real Let It Be Album came out that was the only version of I listened to thereafter

COMMENTARY
Here we have another very early bootleg derived from an incomplete and poor quality copy of the "OPD" mix. The overall sound quality here is inferior to "OPD", with all of the intros and count-ins edited out. This copy is also marred by gaps in the middle of most tracks and suffers from the source tape running too slow.
