This is the first pressing with the second label variation, in a "what is known as" the blank back cover. Which is the second mono cover ever issued. This record is actually more valuable than the first or third mono variation label. For you that use the Spizer code, It is

This album came out in January 10th 1964. It is one of the more rare beatles albums. The cover is in really good shape. It has a bump on the corner but no splits and shows very well. Record has a scratch on the back side. I photographed and I at Mar on the other side that I photographed. Otherwise it's very glossy and shows really well. I gave it a VG because of the scratch and the mar, but it would probably do better than that.
