This is a  12" vinyl LP OMHS 3001 Parlophone/EMI issue from Holland.  This album still has the original record shop shrink-wrap still on it, and it has not been opened or played.  
One small issue that keeps this import LP from being near mint, a very small hole on the back of the album cover, in the upper left corner. The hole does NOT penetrate the LP or even the inside sleeve. There is no hole in the shrink-wrap.
