THE BEATLES : BEATLES FOR SALE
This RARE Stereo 1st pressing dates from the initial release date - December 1964 and has the Parlophone worded print around the label rim as well as the ' Sold in uk...' across the centre. Housed in the super vulnerable, laminated outer gatefold cover with double inner folds and vinyl stored to the right-hand side from inside !Very early pressing with 1G stamper code for side 1 which indicates it's one of the first batches off the press ! Also has the original issued rice paper type Emitex inner sleeve, ALL IN VERY NICE CONDITION .
SUPERB EXAMPLE WITH EXTREMELY CLEAN COVER AND STUNNING AUDIO FROM THIS 1st PRESSED STEREO MIX.

COVER
This outer laminated gatefold cover is arguably the most vulnerable issued Beatles cover ! With the vinyl stored from the inside on the right-hand side, it puts alot of strain on the flimsy front leaf as well as the corners and spine, which is the reason why most covers of this type suffer with extensive wear at each end of the spine and excessive creasing to the front ! However this example has been correctly stored and cared for with respect. Resulting in a beautiful example with just a hint of wear on the spine edges / corners . Otherwise this cover has survived extremelly well, super crsip corners, gleaming laminate with no bubbles, creases or peeling. The spine is still square shaped with undamaged text and the inside is also unspolit and spotless ! you will be very hard pushed to better this example, extremely well cared for over the last 50 years ! VINYL
Both sides have a nice deep glossy shine and on first glance look near mint ! Closer inspection reveals a couple of light wispy removal marks on side 1 and a faint longer hairline on side 2 , these are harmless and both sides still look very clean and fresh. Certainly no scuffs, scratches or blemishes and nothing that affects the audio quality. Both sides play through with superb clear audio delivered through both channels with barely any distractions on either side ! Overall a superb example that's been very well cared for and just let down a little with one careless hairline ! ( see-pics ) Visualy EXCELLENT PLUS / EXCELLENT MINUS and Audibly EXCELLENT PLUS CONDITION
LABELS
Both labels are in clean & bright condition with no writing, stickers etc and just a couple of the faintest miss-aimed spindle traces around each unworn centre hole, only visable when viewed at an angle in the correct light. KT tax code present on side 1, both bear the Parlophone perimeter print and carry the ' Sold in uk.. ' text Very clean set ( see-pics ) EXCELLENT PLUS CONDITION !
