DETAILS:
Original 1964 UK black & yellow Parlophone label 14-track MONO vinyl LP, front laminated internal pocket & flipback gatefold picture sleeve, PMC1240.
GRADING:
Cover - Very Good Plus
Front and back laminated gatefold sleeve with outline mono in excellent condition.
The colours are deep and rich, the laminate is clean with just a little creasing around spine/seam areas.
Light top and bottom seam wear.
General light age wear.
The spine is in very good condition with the text clearly readable and flipbacks secure. The bottom pinched spine is in excellent condition but there is some wear to the top pinched spine and a couple of creases near the top of the spine. More noticeable when the sleeve is open.
Record - Very Good Plus
1st press XEX-503-3N / XEX 504-4N matrix numbers.
KT tax code visible on side 2 label.
Black and yellow Parlophone with silver text & "The Parlophone Co Ltd" perimeter text and "Sold In The UK Subject to" and "Recording First Published 1964" label text.
The album has obviously been well played as the wear around the spindle hole shows. There are hairline marks and a some storage scuffing, most noticeable on side 2 with one scuff going right across the vinyl. It has however been played carefully and been well looked after. It does still sound very good when played with just a little occasional background noise.
"Use Emitex" poly lined inner bag present in excellent condition with just some bottom corner creasing.
Our grading is based on the system used by Record Collector magazine as described below (We don't sell records with a grading of less than very good).
Mint: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.
Excellent: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.
Very Good: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.

Record will be sent in a cardboard cruciform record mailer with additional cardboard stiffeners for extra protection. The record is also placed in a protective polythene sleeve. The record/inner will be removed from the main sleeve to guard against any seam/spine damage during postage.
