The Beatles 1966 Yesterday and Today Butcher Cover - 2nd State Paste-over
Here's your opportunity to own one of the most controversial album covers in history, The Beatles original 1966 Yesterday and Today album, with the infamous "Butcher Cover" underneath the pasted-over "Trunk Cover". Ringo's collar is clearly visible under the paste-over cover, as shown in my photos.
As you can see in the photos, there is writing in crayon on both sides of the outer covers, but the the original “Butcher Cover” underneath will be just as it was when pasted over with the “Trunk Cover” 56 years ago.
There at at least two that I know of, and likely more experienced professionals who still provide services removing the pasted-over trunk cover to reveal the “Butcher Cover” underneath.
This auction also includes the correct, orange colored Capital Records album sleeve and the vinyl album itself in vg - ex condition.

I apologize that they were not included with the original listing. I took photos but I’m not a very good photographer and they were blurry, so I took new ones and just uploaded them.
