This is the Beatles Swan Song LP- named after the very famous North West London recording studios they had used since 1962. Lots of fun facts about the cover art-it's surrounded in myth and conspiracy - on the cover Paul is the only one barefoot, Paul is smoking in the photograph and this fueled the conspiracy theory now known as 'Paul is Dead'. The white VW in the photo apparently corresponds with Paul's age at the time! (28 if)
Because of the delay in releasing the previous album 'Let it Be' (eventually released after the band split up, due to the making of the film) this classic special deluxe edition of Abbey Road spans a number of recording periods, and fans will enjoy hearing demos and unreleased versions of tracks that appeared on other releases.
A very special tribute to the Last Beatles album to be recorded (but not the last released)- their 11th Studio album.
