Item Description/Condition:
This beautiful example is without doubt the best i have seen for many years, and is definitely a final upgrade.
A Beautifully well cared for immaculate **MINT** (ONE PLAY ONLY) example of The Beatles original 1969 UK Apple Vinyl LP, 'Abbey Road', released by EMI/Apple on 26th September 1969 on the Custom Dark Green Apple Record labels, with 'Apple Records' label rim , 'Mfd in UK' label text and *WITHOUT* ‘Her Majesty’ song title credited to the side 2 record label. In it’s original 1st Issue Garrod & Lofthouse fully laminated sleeve features the correct aligned Apple logo to the reverse of the sleeve.
Both sides of the Record Labels are in absolutely stunning Mint condition, a beautiful set of as new bright and clean record labels, with only one centre spindle lines barely visible on each of the record labels.
Side 1 Matrix YEX 749-2 and Side 2 YEX 750-1.
Side 1 stampers: 5 GLR and Side 2: 4 GTD.
Both sides of the heavyweight Vinyl Disc are also in immaculate and stunning Mint condition, simply beautiful as new vinyl surfaces with NO marks.
Audio Quality:
The album plays as good as it looks, NO clicks, NO pops, NO background crackle between tracks, NO skips just a superb clear fresh stereo sound quality.
The Vinyl Disc comes in an original White Made in England inner bag which is in Excellent Plus condition, NO seam splits.
The album is housed in its immaculate, as new 1st Issue, Garrod & Lofthouse Picture sleeve featuring the correct Apple logo to the reverse of the sleeve.
The Glossy FIRST ISSUE Fully Laminated Apple Sleeve is in the most stunning Mint condition. The laminate front and back are ultra glossy, the colours have remained strong and vivid, all edges and corners are razor sharp.
The reverse of the sleeve is also as new immaculate Mint condition, and the spine edge is also as new.
An extremely immaculate and pristine example of this Collectable, UK Beatles Album, released almost 45 years ago.
