THIS IS AN ORIGINAL 1969 FIRST APPLE RECORDS, PENULTIMATE UK ALBUM RELEASE FROM THE BEATLES WITH MIS-ALIGNED APPLE LOGO SLEEVE.

  Item Description/Condition:

  Another  superb example of  The Beatles UK Apple Records Vinyl LP, 'Abbey Road', first released by Apple Records, on 26th September 1969. This Issue with the first YEX 749 -2 & YEX 750 -1 matrices, and the Darker Green Apple Label on side one, additionally the title for the song Her Majesty is not credited on the side 2 record label, and the Apple sleeve has the rarer mis-aligned Apple logo on the reverse of the sleeve, the Apple logo is aligned nearer to the edge of the sleeve, this was corrected on all subsequent issues.

  On the Custom Apple Record labels, with 'Apple Records' label rim , 'Mfd in UK' label text and **WITHOUT** ‘Her Majesty’ credited to the side two record label.  Housed in it’s original Issue, Garrod & Lofthouse mis-aligned fully laminated glossy picture sleeve.

  Both sides of the Record Labels are in undamaged Excellent Plus Plus condition, both record labels show just a few light signs of play to each side.

  Side 1 Matrix YEX 749-2 and Side 2 YEX 750-1. 
 

  Side 1 stampers: 9 MRL and Side 2: 8 ADO.

  Both sides of the vinyl LP are in are in superb Near Mint condition, bright glossy vinyl surfaces to both sides with a just a couple of surface hairlines.

  Audio Quality:

  The LP plays with a perfect sound quality.

  The Vinyl LP comes in it’s original white Made in Great Britain inner bag, and the LP is housed in its original, fully laminated, Garrod & Lofthouse Picture sleeve featuring the incorrect mis-aligned Apple logo to the reverse of the sleeve.

  The Glossy  Fully Laminated, Garrod & Lofthouse sleeve is in superb undamaged Near Mint condition. This sleeve is superb from corner to corner, no seam splits or corner damage, with just very mild signs of LP storage, the lamination on the front and reverse are glossy, the colours have remained rich and vivid.

  A superb example of this original 1969 Apple album, complete with it’s original fully laminated mis-aligned Apple Logo sleeve.
