Description

An original AHDN on the UK Parlophone label from late 1969. Matrix 1/1. Please note label design is consistent with a one-box EMI copy from 1969. The heavy set vinyl comes housed in an original Garrod & Lofthouse printed cover. Also included is the original sepia toned EMI advertising inner. Don't forget that these late 60's copies are tube-cut like the originals from just a couple of years earlier. So, you can access all that quality audio without spending a fortune. 100% genuine and 100% complete.
Vinyl (Ex+) In superb condition and has only seen the lightest of use. Under close inspection we struggled to make out more than a couple of very light marks - nothing remotely troublesome. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals an EXCELLENT+ level of playback. Hard to find fault! Intros and inbetweens are silent and the audio comes across with perfect clarity. We couldn't detect more than a couple of crackles in a couple of isolated moments. A beautiful player by any standard.
Cover (Ex-) Very nice clean front with just a few small creases in places. The rear seems to have avoided much of the usual ageing process - just some light handling in places. Flipbacks are all secure and edge wear is very light - just one inch of slight wear at the middle of bottom edge. The spine is mostly intact with just one knock on the letter 'N' of Night. Overall the cover retains excellent rigidity.
Inner (Ex) No side splits...just some light ageing.
