The Beatles,  A Collection of Beatles Oldies LP 1966 ~ UK Import Compilation Stereo, EMI Parlophone PCS 7016, 12” 33⅓ RPM Vinyl LP

For auction is the Beatles compilation album A Collection of Beatles Oldies, an interesting title for this album since it was released by EMI Parlophone in 1966. The Beatles had initially broken out in the UK only in late 1963. One interesting aspect of this album is that She Loves You is in “fake” stereo since at that time there was no commercially available stereo mix of that song.

Note that I call this a First Edition Compilation Reissue. Am I playing too loose with the buzzwords saying that a record can be all three things? Going by the stamps and etching in the dead space of the record, I can neither decidedly prove or disprove that this is a First Edition or a Reissue. Which is it?

Overall condition: I rate the package as a whole in Near Mint (NM) condition.
