Description
Available here is a lot of (6) LPs by the most influential band of all-time: The Beatles.
Specifically included, with comments:
- "Beatles '65" (1964, Capitol, T 2228) - Shows plenty of wear but no egregious gouges, or anything like that. Label is complete and clean. Album cover is good, only one seam split - the bottom half of the title edge.
3. "Help! (Original Motion Picture Soundtrack" (1965, Capitol, MAS 2386) - Vinyl is quite similar to the Rubber Soul description. Label is complete and clean. Gatefold cover is nice, great photos/text inside; one 4" seam split on top at record edge.
4. "Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band" - (1967, Capitol, SMAS-2653). Vinyl is in good shape, light markings. Label is complete and clean. Gatefold cover is nice with no seam splits but there is some masking tape along one the right edge that extends a bit into the inside photo. Small spot of paper loss on front cover, upper right corner. Inside cover photo of group is clean (masking tape on left edge).
5. "The BEATLES" (the White Album) - (1968, Apple, SWBO-101). Vinyl of one disc (sides 1 and 2) in good shape consistent with the rest of this lot; the other disc (sides 3 and 4) has a few more serious scratches. All four labels are complete and very clean. Gatefold cover has raised lettering (The BEATLES), clean inside. All four edges of cover have splits; a complete split on one bottom edge and 4" splits along the record edge of the other three. Prior owner's name written in ink on front cover, top right corner. No poster or photos included.
6. "1967-1970" - (1976, Capitol, SKBO-3404). This is a reissue of this LP (it originally came out in 1973), and is in the best shape of the lot. Very few markings, quite clean. All four labels are complete, one label has a small pricing sticker on it. Gatefold cover is in great shape, and the liners with lyrics are in great shape, too.
