Right, here we have 4 The Beatles Albums in various conditions.
I was just going to list the "Magical Mystery Tour And Other Splendid Hits", mainly because it's a bit of an odd thing. It looks like it was brought out by The World Record Club ( WRC - S/4574, SMAL2-2835) in 1971, and also because it in the best condition.
I'm going to rate these from 1 to 10. With 5 being "Will play through without skipping but has scratches and is not that pretty". Pretty splendid scale huh?
Magical Mystery Tour And Other Splendid Hits (1971) WRC - S/4574, SMAL2-2835 - 8.5
Side 1 has some sort of weird rubbing mark on it but it doesn't come through the speakers at all. Apart from that, it would be 9.5.
Let It Be (1970) PCSO-7096, YEX773 - 6.5
Lots of visible scratches but only adds to that beautiful pop and a crackle every now and then.
Abbey Road (1969) PCSO-7088, YEX749 - 5.5
Looks bloody awful but plays right through without too much noise. (Good collection filler until you can find a great one)
The Essential Beatles (1972) TVSS-8, YAPAX107 - 7
Pretty much the same as Let It Be but maybe a bit more splendid.
