Original “4 By 4”, the 3rd out of The Beatles’ US EP albums the 2nd one on the Capitol Records labels released on February 1, 1965. This album came out only in the Mono version. This 45 RPM includes four songs that Capitol Records had released on the “Beatles ’65” album in December 1964. Initially, Capitol planned the “4 By” series to be released in a soft sleeve in order to distinguish it from EPs, but then decided in favor of a cardboard sleeve as can be seen on the “4 By 4” album. Very rare cardboard picture sleeve variation with an emerald hue. The copy was sealed by a retailer using a double-sided sticker, which can commonly be found on this issue’s picture sleeves in a torn condition. The sticker on the currently listed copy reading “List Price 98c Special” is fully intact and the copy remains sealed. The cardboard picture sleeve is in great Excellent condition and only has some very light practically unnoticeable age shelf wear in the center on the back.
