The Beach Boys - Surfer Girl UK Mono Vinyl LP Factory Sample (1967)
A nice original UK mono unboxed pressing of this 1963 album by the Beach Boys, released by Capitol in the UK in 1967.
One owner from new - from the collection of pop journalist Paul Scudamore (who wrote for the Record Mirror under the nom de plume Mike Adams); likely sent to him as a review copy.
Well loved and well played.
Disc G; worn with light hairlines but free from scratches; associated surface noise; crackle; occasional pops; plays without skipping; spindle marks to labels, which are otherwise clean and bright; factory sample sticker to side one, which I am certain is genuine.
Inner sleeve VG; age toning; clean and quite sharp; plastic inner intact; light discolouration.
Sleeve G+; front clean and glossy; previous owner's name to top right corner and to rear; rear and opening a little grubby; v light storage creases to edges; light handling.
Matrices T1-1981-1 T2-1981-1
Ultrasonically cleaned and finished with a Keith Monks Gemini to be in the best possible condition and ready to play. Will be sent with a new, poly lined sleeve.
