The kinda record you will never see again and it didn't even get hits while googling. Megarare ! This is a privately released LP in MINT by The Bats who seem to have hailed from the Hamburg region. They released this album in 1973 on the Summer-Label. Music sounds mostly more like a UK 68 psych mod band with Hammond action. They cover stuff from Uriah Heep. the Who, Led Zeppelin, Neil Young, Procol Harum in great heavy style but also some weird rock'n oldies probably for a more conservative part of their audience like their parents, grand parents... You know. 'Gipsy' is fantastic tripped heavy psych! Listen to a soundfile to get an idea bout the sounds. This has all the charm of rudimentary recorded private records! It states live but it probably means the band played in one take without overdubbing. MINT/ MINT!
