The Band - The Last Waltz - This is the original issue, a 3-record set that includes a 12 page booklet released by Warner Bros. Records in 1978, catalog # 3WS 3146.  Album is still sealed in it's original plastic wrap, with hype sticker. There are 2 store applied items on the wrap; a price tag and small blue dot sticker adhered in the upper LH corner. Cover shows some minimal signs of wear, light ring wear and some creasing. Cover grade is VG+
