1978 The Band - The Last Waltz 3 LP set.
I would say the records, booklet and sleeve are an easy VG+, more like VG++.
Also included are some very interesting Last Waltz promotional pieces. These include media information sheets, amazing Warner/Reprise black and white photos of images from The Last Waltz and an "Exhibitor's Campaign Book" for Martin Scorsese's Film The Last Waltz.
