THE DISC
Matrix: Side One: 7XCE 17217-1N Stamper: 1-L Side Two: 7XCE 17218-1N Stamper: 2-L
AUDIO - VG+
Side 1 plays without the usual crackle, so often found on original copies of this rare label variant. It plays without any audible intrusions whatsoever. There is a tiny bit of background crackle on side 2, which is largely overpowered by the huge mono sound, but apart from that, the whole disc gives an outstanding audio performance, especially for a 60's pop single. So hard to find this record in such good condition.
VISUALLY - VG+
The vinyl surfaces still have a good gloss lustre, with no signs of groove whitening. There are some surface lines but they are not heavy and have most likely been caused by careless placement of the disc, after playing and general handling. If you see chevrons in the images, these are from the camera and are not on the vinyl.
The silver/grey label text is vibrant and undamaged. There is a name written on side 2, just above the Parlophone. ======================================================================
The photos are of the actual item. I always use professional, anti-static, cleaning fluid and listen to the whole disc. Professional mailers are always used.
