NO OFFERS PLEASE - AUCTION ONLY
================================================================ I am selling some of my best records, which I have collected over the decades. This one is the cream of the crop!   ================================================================

THE DISC
Matrix: Side1: XEX 549-2      Stamper code: 4-AAH Matrix: Side2: XEX 550-2      Stamper code: 5-AAH
AUDIO - NEAR MINT
You will not find a better sounding copy. Plays like a new disc. Crystal clear, undiminished sound quality. Silent run-ins. Just amazing. Expect the odd, tiny dust pop, which is unavoidable on old vinyl. The gentle 'Yesterday' plays perfectly.
VISUALLY - EX+
Both sides are in outstanding condition. Beautiful deep gloss vinyl which looks as good as new. I cannot see any needle lines on either side, even against reflected natural light. Apart from a very light, non-sounding rotational band* on the first track, side two, both surfaces could be described as pristine and would be impossible to improve upon. Obviously, under a searchlight there will be wispy handling lines, unavoidable on any vinyl disc.
The labels are shop fresh, apart from a reasonably limited collection of spindle trails which suggest that this disc has not been overplayed.
* not uncommon on '60's L.P.'s, as many stylus arms had to be placed onto the record manually. If your aim fell short, then the inside edge of the cartridge would land on the rotating disc instead of the needle, and leave a harmless faint line as a result.

THE COVER - EX+
One of the best examples I have seen and that you are ever likely to find. The front panel is very white and not age toned, like most. The unprotected back panel is as white as the day it was manufactured, with just a touch of toning towards the open edge. Apart from a few very mild wrinkles and pressure lines, it has survived in remarkable condition considering its age. You can tell just by looking at the photos, how good this cover really is.

THE INNER SLEEVE - EX+
Correct, original 'Made in England', rice paper inner. Made from thick paper, this example is in outstanding condition.
