"Eight days a Week" is a song written by Paul McCartney and John Lennon which was recorded in 1964 by the Beatles. It first appeared on their album "Beatles For Sale". Originally intended to be a single it was never released as such in the U.K. Due to Djs giving the song airplay from imported "Beatles For Sale" albums, it was released in the United States as a single on the 15th of February, 1965, quickly becoming a number one hit on the U.S. charts.   * East coast copies are far scarcer than the West coast issues, which turned up in large quantities in the late 1970's. That quantity is now somewhat depleted, causing a slow increase in the value.   INSURANCE PAID BY BUYER E-MAIL FOR RATE.
