BEATLES FOR SALE
1969 - Stereo PCS 3062 YEX 142-1 / 143-1 4-PO / 17-OL
Fantastic looking disc, both sides appearing near pristine in daylight
Labels are as new - just a few spindle trails
Audio is as close to mint as is possible - stone cold silent run ins - nothing but pure sublime sound from start to finish - plays as new
The fragile gatefold cover is a strong example - no tears - pinched ends spine has flattened because of the poor design - spine text is perfect - general aging but still better than most
Inner sleeve is perfect - age toned but no tears
Notes: The 'Sold In UK' label text was dropped mid 1969 and just a few weeks later, EMI introduced it's bland, boxed version. During those few weeks, this rare, final yellow parlophone variant was pressed. Fair to assume that it would not have sold in great quantity five years on from its original release and with such a limited time run
