One doesn’t need to ask if they love to sing, it can be seen in every action and heard in every note. Combining their efforts to make up the Apostolic Voices are Rev. Will Cohron, his wife, Shirley, Mike Splechter and Sharon Splechter. Each individual member is very talented not only in singing but also in playing instruments. Will, who is the minister of the group is known for his fancy bass fiddle playing and is also quite adept on the saxophone. Mike handles the guitar end of the music very well and plays the trumpet beautifully. Their horn duets are a special added attraction and have been so warmly accepted they decided to record a number on this album. Shirley and Sharon are both very much at home on the piano, organ, or accordian and this versatility enables them to cope with most any situation whether a church service, singing, re- cording or just practice sessions. Although the Apostolic Voices are new as a group together they are not at all new to the gospel singing field. Shirley and Will are well- known to gospel music lovers everywhere having worked in singings, recordings, etc., professionally for several years. Sharon and Mike have also sung for a number of years and are making new acquaint- ances across the country daily. This group of young people is winning fans far and wide not only by their singing, music and preaching but also by the deep sincerity that is evident in every personal appearance.
