Description
DO NOT use the Ebay shipping calculator price quote (except on pre-set items such as single CDs or LPs) ! I will get you a post office quote at auction's end. The Ebay calculator is frequently wrong and usually in the favor of the seller. I WILL NOT be bound by their quote if it is too low to cover my expenses and if you underpay I will refund and begin the process over at the correct amount. If you use it and overpay, well, I have tried to help you and you ignored me so it's on you. Also, payment is expected within 4 days time. If payment is not received within that time period an unpaid item reminder will be sent. This will originate automatically from Ebay. It will not come from me and is not meant as a personal insult. If your are the type who can't handle getting such a reminder there is a very simple solution - make prompt payment. Payment via Paypal takes about 4 MINUTES so I feel that 4 DAYS is certainly sufficient time to get it done. If you fail to read or follow these instructions then it is you who have caused the problem, not me. Even Ebay acknowledges that it is the responsibility of the BUYER to read and follow the instructions of the seller in order to make a successful transaction. I am sorry to have to be so blunt but I am very tired of folks ignoring clear instructions and then blaming me for their mistakes. Respect is a two way street. I try very hard to treat my customers well (as my feedback indicates)but I need to receive a little consideration as well. I truly regret having to address this issue but recent events have forced my hand.Starting today (7-8-11) I will need you to inform me when you are bidding on multiple items of your intent to do so immediately after winning the first item. I am wasting far too much time, work, and money by getting right to work packing your item, driving to the post office the next day, getting a quote, and sending an invoice (which you still aren't responding to) which prompts an unpaid item reminder all for an invoice you do not even need. PLEASE, all it takes is a little cooperation and consideration on your part. If this is not done I will be sending separate invoices, separate mailings, and separate shipping charges. That would be very expensive especially to overseas customers. I really love my overseas customers and likely would have no business without you but it has been mostly overseas customers who are doing this so ... PLEASE do not let it come to that. Thank you ! Overseas bidders are very welcome here but shipping to overseas customers will be determined by a Post office quote at auction's end !!! You will be covering my expenses and NOT paying ridiculous "fees" but you MUST wait for an invoice with this amount added. If you ignore theses instructions and pay the lower U.S. rate, your money will be refunded and the process will be repeated correctly. Also, I will not mark customs declaration forms as a "gift" or state any reduced value on your purchase. That is against Ebay policy and, more importantly, illegal. This a pretty solid copy of a very hard to find album by the Charlottesville, Va. area blues band The Allstars entitled "Tip Your Waitress". It is on the Adelphi Records label and was released in 1978. This is an outstanding LP and the Allstars were a fine band featuring Doug Jay on harp and vocals, Steve Bliley on rhythm guitar, Dick Green on lead guitar and vocals, Steve Riggs on bass, Steve Ramsey on drums, and Lucille Schoettle on vocals. This LP also features friends from the area guesting including Jim Thackery on guitar, Tom Principato on guitar, and Dave Birkin on sax. Pretty strong guest list to say the least. The vinyl is in pretty good shape with only a couple of scuffs and one scratch. The jacket is somewhat worn but not seriously damaged in any way. Being black it shows all its' flaws a bit more prominently. It has some light creasing, corner dings, ring wear, and a fair amount of plain old fashioned wear/ handling/aging. It isn't bad, just a well loved LP that was pretty well taken care of by its' various owners. This is a very hard album to find and would go for more if it were near mint but it isn't so ... you can pick up a copy of a very good album at a manageable price.
