This is a fantastic find! You have a 1966 soul 45rpm single by The Ad Libs, a group most famous for their massive 1964 hit "The Boy from New York City."

Based on the images, you have a white label promotional copy (indicated by the "PLUG SIDE" text and white background), which is often more desirable to collectors than the standard retail version.
