Description

This is a fine copy of a 1984 comp of single tracks and previously unissued material by two Texas garage groups, the Outcasts and the Esquires.  The first group is the better known (to collectors) because of their ace 1966 punk single, "I'm in Pittsburgh and It's Raining," first comped on the first volume of the landmark Pebbles series.  From San Antonio, the Outcasts released five singles between 1965 and 1967.  Four of the six songs included here appeared on their singles.  Dallas-Ft. Worth-based group the Esquires released three singles around the same time; all but one of the tracks here are drawn from them.  The jacket has some creasing along the spine and seams on the front cover, and some light corner wear -- EX(+).  The disc is clean, and plays like new (not counting noise from source discs, though eight of the 12 tracks were taken from master tapes) – M(-).

I’m in the process of selling off a large personal collection amassed over two decades. All discs have been stored in plastic lined inner sleeves separate from their jackets. The jackets have been stored in plastic sleeves. I have play graded (spot checked) discs.

If you'd like to order multiple items, I'll happily combine them so that you won't have to pay multiple shipping charges.
