Description: Dedicated to the "loving memory of Quicksilver Messenger Sevice". The band   is actually John Cipollina, Nicky Hopkins, Terry Dolan, Greg Douglass and Dan Healy.
An Italian only pressing circa 1979. Housed in a colorful cover with great artwork. The inner sleeve is full of extensive liner notes. The side one label lists all the tracks 
while the side two label shows the artwork of the "scowling face" logo of Wild
Bunch Records. 

Cover Condition:
Front: A very appealing cover with the only distractions being fairly minor. Approximately 20% ring wear through the "Terry". Some chipping along the top seam and a few small crease carrys over into the cover.
Back:  Almost perfect.
Spine: Intact and strong with all printing legible and bright.
Seams: The seams are intact and strong.
Corners: Mostly square with some very minor rounding. 
Overall Grade: EX-. Very appealing with only minor distrations.

Vinyl Condition:
Side 1: Excellent. No flaws.
Side 2: Same as Side 1.
Labels: Both labels in great shape. Side one bears some kind of stamp. Presumably, an import/export mark.
Overall visual grade: M- Very pleasing to the eye.
Overall play grade: M- No distractions. A very enjoable listen.

Insert Condition:
Excellent. Just a tad too big for a comfortable fit in the cover.

Grading: In an effort to avoid any disagreements over condition, all covers and records will receive grades as accurate as possible
         with borderline cases receiving a lower grade.
         Standard record grading pratices will be used. Grades will consist of M- (practically new in appearance and performance),
         EX (showing signs of slight use or wear), VG+ (showing signs of obvious use but still pleasing to the eye and ear). No VG+++,
         VG++ or VG- will be used.
         Any grades below VG+ will not be sold unless the record is ultra rare. In those cases, appropriate descriptions will be made.
         Obviously, assigning a grade is an opinion made by the seller. Therefore, more detailed descriptions of the cover and vinyl are
         outlined.
         Of course, only the covers of still sealed LP's will be graded.
 
Covers:  Checked for ring wear, fading, stains, rips, tears, punch-holes, cut-out marks, promo stamps, writing, rounded or bent corners,
         seam splits, stickers, sticker residue, spine wear and any other detractions from the original packaging will be noted.

Record appearance: Vinyl and will be checked for warpage (%), scratches, surface marks, dirt, stains and foreign substances. Any other
                   flaws will be noted. The labels will be checked for spindle marks, writing, stickers, tears,  
Record performance: Records will be play graded. Any warps, skips, snaps, crackles, pops and/or static will be noted.

Payment: Payment is expected within seven days of the end of any auction unless other arrangements are made. The accepted forms of payment
         are PAYPAL, domestic or International money orders and personnal or business checks. Shipments will not be made until checks clear.
      
Shipping: With the exception of sealed copies, all LP's will be shipped in specially designed shipping cartons. The record itself will be
          taken out of the cover for shipping. Buyers may request other forms of shipping. 
          Continental United States: $6.50 for priority mail. $3.50 for first class.
          Hawaii, Canada and Mexico: $5.00 for first class.
          Europe: $7.00 for first class.
          Australia, New Zealand and Asia: $8.00 for first class.

Insurance: The appropriate amount of insurance taken from the table will be added to the invoice. If the buyer declines insurance, the seller
           will not assume any responsibility for loses or dameges incurred during shipping.
