Recorded at the famed Talent Studio in Oslo by the peerless team of producer Manfred Eicher and engineer Jan Erik Kongshaug, this album is a prime example of the pristine, spacious, and deeply atmospheric "ECM Sound." This is an original Made in W. Germany first pressing on high-quality vinyl, renowned for its clarity and quiet surfaces. The sleeve features the beautiful, tactile textured finish characteristic of early ECM releases.

Vinyl: Excellent (EX)
A beautiful copy. The vinyl is very clean and retains its original deep gloss. Under a strong light, only a few faint, superficial paper scuffs are visible from the inner sleeve, which do not affect the superb audio quality. A fantastic listening copy that has been handled with care.
Sleeve: Very Good Plus (VG+)
The original textured sleeve is in very nice, solid condition. It shows some common signs of age and shelf wear, including light rubbing on the front and back covers, some minor visible ring wear, and some softening and light wear to the corners and edges. The spine is strong and fully legible. A very presentable example of this beautiful, minimalist sleeve.
